What is the Best Mochi in Sukabumi?

Mochi have variate types, brands and stores, but not all Mochi have the same quality. Mochi cake comes in various variations and flavors, Everything is fresh handmade. Many people are astonished with their small, spongy shapes which are contained in a variety of flavors. The texture and the taste of Mochi is kinda special, making this cake as a favorite snack. Especially now, the taste and shape are more varied. The form of mochi is like a big, thick bun which contained of green beans, this Mochi is made from glutinous rice flour, cornstarch, and sugar, made into small pieces and filled with peanuts, then packaged in a bamboo box. This cake sprinkled with cornflour and when you ate it tastes chewy, savory and sweet.

Mochi is not a food from Indonesia, this cake is originally from Japan. Mochi then started reaching Indonesia. There are plenty of mochi in Sukabumi like Mochi Lampion, Mochi Bakat Jaya, Mochi Arjuna Wijaya, and Mochi BTS (Berkah Tiga Saudara). The most famous Mochi in Sukabumi are Mochi Lampion and Mochi Bakat Jaya.

Mochi Lampion has it’s own uniqueness compare to the other Mochi, Mochi Lampion produces with a size larger than other Mochi in Sukabumi. The packaging of Mochi Lampion made of bamboo, Each package contains ten of mochi. Mochi Lampion has a varieties of flavors which are strawberry, durian, vanilla, beans, and cheese. I would like to recommend beans flavor because the taste is very fit with your tongue with combination of chewy and crunchy and tastes very sweet.

            Mochi Bakat Jaya is related to Mochi Lampion because a former employee from Mochi Lampion then made his own buseness. The size of Mochi Bakat jaya is almost the same size as Mochi Lampion, as for the price is about Rp.40.000 which is affordable. I love pisang ambon flavor from Bakat Jaya because they use an original flavor and not artificial.

The people from Sukabumi would already know about Mochi Lampion and you should try it by yourself. Besides its size and design that attracts people, Mochi Lampion has a varieties of flavors that can spoil our tongue. besides Mochi Kaswari has many sizes and is packed with containers which in my opinion this souvenirs food will not make you feel ashamed. Because you can see with yourself the elegant packaging adds to the appeal of the food. Mochi Lampion texture and taste are unique and delicious, making this cake a favorite as a snack in Sukabumi. Sukabumi is famous because they have "Mochi"! Lampion has the best mochi in Sukabumi! Best ingredients, best people...I just love this place! If you are in Sukabumi don’t forget to go to Lampion!

Kaswari Street itself known as a center for the production and sale of Mochi. There are five Mochi makers as well as mochi sellers who carry their respective trademarks. The five brands of Mochi Kaswari are, Lampion, Mahkota, Putra Mandiri, Bakat Jaya, and Kharisma. But I believe that Mochi Kaswari is the best. Mochi Kaswari Lampion are indeed synonymous with Sukabumi. What is interesting is that when Sukabumi residents travel to other areas outside Sukabumi, there are usually many people who ask: where's the Mochi? Mochi itself is actually food from Japan which has experienced cultural acculturation so that it is now attached to this city. The term Mochi Kaswari itself is one of the Mochi products in Sukabumi.

I admit it that the quality and cleanliness in Mochi Kaswari store is great because you can also see for yourself the direct creation and can see the place where the mochi is made. And in my opinion it is very neat and clean. curious? You can come there, and you will be surprised if you get there. You are also allowed to taste one by one from the taste of mochi, but don't just try it while you can buying it. Besides Mochi Kaswari, there are also other foods such as French Fries, Chips, Rangginang, Fried Tempe, and many more. And the price given will not drain your wallet. The prices applied by the Mochi are varied. But it is still standard in the sense that it can still be bought. from the smallest of the price of Rp. 16,000 to Rp. 38,000 is distinguished by its size. besides that there is also a bonus bonus that is obtained but depends on which store you buy it from.
