Sony Playstation

Playstation is a video game consoles that has developed by Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE). Ken Katsuragi is the CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment and known as the Father of the Playstation. In 1988 Playstaion and Nintendo were working together to create a CD-ROM for the Super Famicom, later the Nintendo announced that it would be breaking it’s coopration with Playstation to used Philips instead but using the same technology. Katsuragi was responsible for developing the Playstaion to rival Nintendo.

           

            The original Playstasion, released in japan on December 3, 1994. In July 7, Playstation is a hand-held console. 2000 they redesigned the original and named it to PS One. A new version of playstation has a differences with the original, Playstation has a black color and bigger size than PS1. a handheld which enhances PlayStation games and also acts as a memory card. On December 3, 2018 Sony release Playstation Classic as the last generation of PS1.

            Playstation 2 is the second generation of PS1. Released in 2000, it’s size was twice as big as the original Playstation. The slimline model of PS2 released in 2004, PlayStation 2 Slimline was the first major redesign of the PlayStation 2. Compared to its predecessor, the Slimline was smaller, thinner, quieter. Sony released yet another revision of the Slimline which had an overhauled internal design incorporating the power supply into the console itself like the original PlayStation 2 resulting in a further reduced total weight of the console.

            The third generation of Playstation is PS3, released on November 11, 2006 in Japan. The PS3 was originally offered with either a 20 GB or 60 GB hard drive, but over the years its capacity increased in increments available up to 500 GB. PS3 re-released a slim model in 2009. The redesigned model is 33% smaller, 36% lighter, and consumes 34% to 45% less power than previous models. The last refined of PS 3 released a super slim model in 2012, a completely redesigned case with either 12GB flash memory or a 250GB, 500GB hard drive.

                       

            Through many generation, Playstation is an amazing console in the world. Playstation have tried it’s best to accompany us from time to time. With a new generation of Playstation 4 and 5, Sony yet again spoiled us from the urges to playing them. The evolution is a great things to bring happiness through the entire world.
