Delicious Culinary Food in Sukabumi
Stretching
from the southwest and southern coast of West Java Province, Sukabumi holds a
lot of potential that can make travelers feel comfortable here. Sukabumi is a
city that has many traveling destination and attracts people from other city to
come to this place. Sukabumi is a famous place with it’s culinary food such as
traditional foods, Mochi, Bandros, and Rengginang.
Mochi is a cake with a shape like a bun. Its texture is
soft and springy. Mochi is made from glutonious rice flour, cornstarch, and
sugar that processed with hand made and packaged in a box. Mochi Lampion
Sukabumi is one of the culinary foods that tastes very delicious. A variety of
mochi flavors are served here: vanilla, durian, pisang ambon, blueberry, melon,
mocca, chocolate, cheese and strawberry. Everything contains sweet peanuts, the
difference is the taste of the Mochi, it’s Chewy, soft and sweet.
Bandros is the distinctive food from west java which is
made from a mixture of rice flour, grated coconut and coconut milk. As a
residents of Sukabumi, Bandros Atta is a legendary culinary that has become on
of the food that are most sought after by culinary lovers in Sukabumi. Although
it’s made from a simple ingredients, but when it’s chewed it feels so soft and
tasty, making this cake has many fans.
Rengginang is a rice cracker and become one of the
favorite snacks that are always found in Sukabumi. It’s made from cooked
glutinous, sticky rice, made into a flat and rounded shape, and then sun-dried.
This crispy snack when it’s bitten has a unique taste. Rengginang is very
recommended to be eaten while relaxing with family.

especially Mochi, Bandros, and Rengginang which is very good to eat with family
or as a gift to our family. Sukabumi is a great place for a trip, holiday, and
